Welcome! I am a Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner with over 6 years experience in the field. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep reverence for the human body and its task on earth.
The attitude that I like to work with when I am with my clients is one that enters into a deep communion with the person’s being – acknowledging that there are very active spiritual impulses at work in one’s physical form. Being a regular practitioner of traditional yoga, I like to bring the same ethics and principles that I practice in my day to day life, into my work. This involves an attitude of loving acceptance towards one’s health conditions and understanding that ailment, disease and discomfort in the body is part of the same source, from which we experience health, vitality and ease in the body. It is not that things go “wrong”, but rather that life force energies can become disturbed due to many different factors, both external and internal.
